Rotary International District 9141, Nigeria, covers all Rotary clubs in Bayelsa, Rivers, Edo and Delta States.

We are a network of neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change ‐ across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary's people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.

The History Rotary District 9141

Rotary International District 9141 was birthed on July 1st, 2017 when we were redistricted to 9141 and 9142 from the old District 9140.

Our district is one of the four (4) districts in Nigeria which are: 9110, 9125, 9141 and 9142.

District 9141 covers the core South-South States of Bayelsa, Delta, Edo and Rivers States which is referred to as the core Niger Delta States or the core crude oil bearing states of Nigeria

Our Structure

The heart of Rotary is our members, dedicated people who share a passion for community service and friendship. Rotary members share ideas, make plans, hear from the community, and catch up with friends during club programs that fuel the impact we make.

Our structure

Your club connection gives you the chance to develop skills like public speaking, project management, and event planning. You'll meet interesting people from your community and around the world. And you'll tackle local and international issues that are important to you and your fellow club members.

Some clubs conduct all or part of their meetings online, for members who have a busy schedule, limited mobility, or live in an area without an established Rotary or Rotaract club. Online clubs, sometimes known as e-clubs, meet regularly, carry out service projects, support The Rotary Foundation, and socialize, like any other Rotary or Rotaract club, without the cost that often comes with meeting in person.
