A1995 graduate of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Nigeria at Nsukka, Nze also attended St. Dominic’s Primary School, Abatete; Inyaba Community Primary School, Umudim – Nnewi; Okongwu Memorial Grammar School, Nnewi; and Christ the King College, Onitsha.

A former member of the Rotaract Club of the University of Nigeria at Nsukka, Nze served as the President of the Students’ Union of that same university.

He joined the Rotary Club of Trans – Amadi in 2000, and served as the club’s President in 2010/11. He has served Rotary in other capacities including: Chairman, RI District 9140 Vocational Services Committee; District Secretary; Chairman, RI District 9140 Public Relations Committee; Assistant Governor; Chairman, RI District 9140 Extension Committee; Chairman, RI District 9140 District Grants Sub – Committee; Chairman, RI District 9141 Stewardship Committee; Chairman, RI District 9141 Strategic Planning Committee; Member, Rotary Foundation Cadre of Technical Advisers; Faculty member, Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI), Nigeria Division; etc.

Nze has served as the Chairman of the Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association (NVMA) for Rivers/ Bayelsa states. In 2011, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Nigeria at Nsukka honoured him with an award as a ‘Pathfinder of the Veterinary Profession in Nigeria’.

He has received many other awards for his service to humanity including: RI District 9140 Best Club President – 2010/2011; his club won RI District 9140 Best Club – 2010/2011 (the year he served as president); RI District 9140 Best Assistant Governor – 2013/2014. He is one of the very few Rotarians, in the former District 9140, and now District 9141, who won Best President, Best Club, Best Assistant Governor, and as Assistant Governor supervised a club which won Best President and Best Club - an achievement which could be likened to a ‘Super Slam’.

He also holds the ‘Rotary International President’s Citation for Public Image Achievement’ (the only African with this honour), ‘Rotary International Avenues of Service Citation’; ‘Rotary International Club Builder award; ‘The Rotary Foundation District Service Award’; and ‘The Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service’.

He is one of only two Africans on the Board of Advisors of Crutches4Africa, a USA – based NGO which supplies and distributes mobility devices in Africa.

Nze is an Honourary member of the Rotary Club of Woji Town.

He is the Veterinary Director/CEO of Pentagon Veterinary Services Limited, a veterinary clinic and animal behaviour consulting centre based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

A photographer and photoartist, Nze is a firm believer in the rule of law, and leadership by example.He is an ardent campaigner for responsible governance and the protection of the rights of children to affordable and qualitative education. His personal motto is ‘Vision to see, Faith to believe, and Courage to do.’

A native of Umuoba – Anam, Otuocha, in Anambra East Local Government Area of Anambra State, he is a Knight of St. John International of the Roman Catholic faith.

Nze is happily married to his angel, Clara, and the marriage is blessed with children.
